About Us

Senvirra is a fine jewellery brand offering gold, diamond, gemstone, and silver jewellery, including made-to-order and bespoke pieces. We operate from India, and our registered business address is Arun Complex, 3 and 4, Dr Rustom Cama Marg, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you're at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

Products, Pricing & Availability

Every piece is unique, and we describe it as accurately as we can.

We make every effort to represent our products — colours, materials, gemstone details — as accurately as possible. That said, small variations are part of what makes handcrafted jewellery special, and may occur due to the natural character of gemstones and precious metals, or differences in screen display. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payments are processed through our secure, third-party payment gateway; we never store your full card details on our own servers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, imagery, text, and logos — belongs to Senvirra or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Please don't reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

Responsible Use

We ask that you don't use our Services for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's proper functioning, or submit false information when placing an order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senvirra isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
